Waffles

*Ingredients*

2 cups Bisquick Original baking mix
1 1/3 cups milk
2 tbs. vegetable oil
1 egg, if desired
 

*Preparation*

Heat waffle iron; generously grease with cooking spray,  vegetable oil or shortening.

Stir ingredients until blended.  Pour onto center of hot waffle iron; close lid.

Bake about 5 min. or until steaming stops.  Carefully remove waffle.
 

Serves:   12 four-inch waffles
