Gamedesign.net Prefabs More than 2300 prefabs (quality varies), very well organized. It's stuff is on 3dDownloads, which can be challenging to download from. Forum. Fairly recently updated.

PrefabLand Over 3600 prefabs (quality varies), very well organized - and you can actually download these. Forum (unmoderated and not for the faint of heart). Actively updated, but down frequently.

Prefab Lab 142 first-rate Prefabs - download one file to get them all! No new ones in over a year though.
