Elvis Presley exuded energy and excitement.  Elvis represented a more carefree time.  Some parents described Elvis as… "out of control."  Many parents,  in the fifties, were afraid that just watching Elvis could lead to juvenile delinquency.

But Elvis was rockin'! ...And eventually,  he  charmed even the parents of the 50's -- with his polite talk and beautiful singing voice.
