Charlie & Streak's Kit Diary 2005
02/09/06 - Charlie's boys are now 11 weeks old and only one remains available. I kept one boy, one left a few weeks ago and now lives in North Carolina and the third little mutt would like to find a great home too. Please contact me if you are interested.

01/01/06 - The boys are 39 days old on the first day of the new year! They are very good kits, they come out to play each night with their momma and they always end up sleeping together in the same spot :O) They are starting to eat meat now in addition to their mush, I've even caught one in mom's hard food already.

12/27/05 - 34 days and everyone has their eyes open now to explore the big, strange new world. The kits are diving into their mush as many times as I will allow them now. They are very dark boys with distinctive patterns on the belly side.

12/19/05 - Wow, 26 days old already! These little mutts are so cute, it is hard to say which one I will pick for my own. They love to eat their chicken already and are growing quite nicely :O)

12/06/05 - The babies are doing very well at 11 days old!! They are growing very quickly and starting to show some color. Two maybe have mitts, I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Two of them have white spots on the bellies. It will be interesting to see how they develop :O)

11/29/05 - Charlie's boys are 6 days old today and I've taken their first pictures finally! I'm very sorry. It was one thing after another and I won't post my excuses here :O) I promise to be quicker with updates, every few days until they start making drastic changes...!!

11/23/05 - Birthday! The kits were born starting at 6:30am, the second at 8:40am and the third & fourth came sometime between 1pm & 6pm. I was at work at that time and sadly, when I got home, one of the kits had passed. Three very sqirmy "little pigs" are doing well at this time. Birth weight was 10 grams on each of the hobs. Mother and kits are doing well :O)
