Looking to adopt?
Congratulations on your decision! Adding a new ferret (or two) to your household can be an exciting experience. Offering an older ferret a home to call his own is a great place to start. Many times an older ferret is a wiser pick than a kit for a new ferret owner. We occasionally offer our retired breeders for adoption, but the majority of them stay here as our pets. Below are links to local ferret shelters if you are interested in adopting a ferret, please contact one of them.

We highly recommend "Ferrets for Dummies" to all new and old ferret owners. One of the most informative, up-to-date books written about ferret care in years!

Currently Available
(please note that we are not currently taking in rescues)

Kits are currently available, please visit the nursery for more information! We do keep a waiting list for adoptions and share information with the other local rescues, so please submit your adoption application if you are looking to add a fuzzy or two to your family.

Retired & Looking:
FFP's Poisin Ivy
Sable Mutt Jill
Born: February 17, 2007
Sire: FFP's Munchlet
Dam: FFP's Hurricane Hailey

Adoption Price: $150 if not spayed first, $200 if spayed.
Ivy is a wonderful jill that earned her name because she escaped my home, along with her momma Hailey - last spring. Obviously she was found, but up the street and across it in a parking lot. She was in a patch of ivy, which is how she earned her name. She is a sweet girl and gets along well with others - she currently lives with one male and 5 females. Ivy eats a natural diet of mice & chicks, along with some Innova EVO for dogs kibble. Currently she is not spayed, but is next on the list to get done.
