Has your patient been given a Psychological Evaluation (or multiple evaluations)? Have you tried to get an adequate explanation from the original evaluator? Are you wanting an outside opinion?

If so, notify that evaluator that you wish to send a copy to us. Then send a copy to us. We will rate it in terms of its complexity, advise you of the fee, and with your authorization, generate a Summary of the Psychological Evaluation Report(s).

We will assign a Level of complexity on which our fee will be based:

Level I is $50.00

Level II is $100.00

Level III is $150.00

We will e-mail you the Level assigned and a link for you to authorize a charge through Paypal (using your credit card). The report(s) will be reviewed, and you will receive a Summary of the Report(s) via e-mail for you to print out.
An example of a Level I rating is a "Psychoeducational Evaluation Report" (typically given school children) that includes:

 (1) an intelligence test (an IQ test, test of mental ability, or test of cognitive ability)
 (2) a test of visual motor skills with a pencil 
 (3) an achievement test (a test of academic skills)
 (4) an adaptive behavior scale

PROCEDURE

Step 1 (You do): Send an e-mail (address above) that succinctly tells us what the report says (for example, "My patient has a learning disability"; "My patient is retarded"; "My patient is developmentally delayed"; "My patient has an auditory processing problem"; "I'm not sure what to make of this data.") and what you would like to be clarified.

Include the following as an attachment to your e-mail:
1) a copy of your current licensure (first time users only; expired licenses not accepted)
2) a release of information to Full Continuum Behavioral Health Consultants
3) a copy of the report(s).
Be sure to put in the e-mail subject line: "Review Psychological Evaluation Report."

Step 2 (We do): Send you an e-mail with the Level of complexity assigned and a link to our consultation website. We may also ask you for raw data.
Step 3 (You do): Click on the link provided.
Sept 4 (You do): You can either purchase or elect to cancel the Review of the Psychological Evaluation Report(s).
Step 5 (We do): If cancelled, the copy of the report you sent will be destroyed. Fiduciary responsibility ends at that time. Otherwise, a Summary will be generated.
Step 6 (We do): You will be e-mailed our Summary which you can then print out.

We do not criticize or evaluate the work of others. Our aim is to clarify the jargon and assist other professionals in decreasing the confusion people experience in seeking appropriate services for their family.
