03/21/2009 - SATURDAY - Work party behind the store. The work party is done, thanks to all the guys that showed up and cleaned up the pipe and outside of the bus.
03/22/2009 - The talk at the work party is that it will be too cold and too much of a chance of rain on the 22nd to run a practice race.

04/12/2009 - Easter - No Racing
04/19/2009 - Race Results - 36 entries today.
04/26/2009 - Race Results - 43 entries.
05/03/2009 - Race Results - A perfect day for racing. 39 entries.
05/09/2009 - Race Results - 47 entries came out for our Saturday race to watch YBD take a win in the Trans Am class. Novice had a good showing as the second largest class.
05/17/2009 - Race Results - 49 entries on a hot Sunday. Sounds like there was a lot of good racing. Thanks to everybody for helping YBD call the races.
05/24/2009 - Race Results - 49 entries in the mains, but I heard there were were a few more entries that dropped out of the mains.
05/31/2009 - Race Results - 65 entries and a decent turnout for the swap meet. A lot of good racing, and not always at the front. 17.5 had enough entries for a C-main and novice electric started the day with enough for two heats.
06/07/2009 - Race Results - 52 entries, there were more, but some left when we had the short drizzle right before the first qualifier. We ran two qualifiers and the mains.
06/14/2009 - Race Results - 57 entries. 17.5 Stock, with 21 entries, had a C-Main.
06/21/2009 - Race Results - Happy Fathers Day. 46 entries came out even with the impending weather and managed to get 2 1/2 rounds in.
06/28/2009 - Race Results - A club race record 67 entries, the highest for a number of years. B-Mains in both 17.5 and Open Mod. Don't forget, we are racing next Saturday on the 4th at the Tacoma waterfront, not on Sunday.
07/04/2009 - Race Results - 4th of July Freedom Fair Race - Now that was a race day. Enough racers made it down there for 48 entries. Lots of great short track racing. Lap times running from 10 to 14 seconds, most of them door to door. Along with all the other classes, the Novice main put on a really good show for all the spectators. A special thanks to The Jasonator, YBD's web support, who called a numbers of the races which allowed YBD and I to spend some time working on our cars and YBD to running the slot car track.
07/05/2009 - No Racing, sleeping in because of the 4th.
07/12/2009 - Race Results - 35 entries came out to watch the lightning storm go by to the west of us while we waited for the bus to show up. Even with the late start, running three rounds and the rain delay in the middle of the mains, we got done and home it time to catch most of the Megadeath concert on HDNet. With most of the traction washed off by the rain, only the open mod had problems with the traction, trying to get all that power to stick.
07/19/2009 - Race Results - 56 entries today.
07/26/2009 - Race Results - 55 entries. Great battles in all classes, even the back of the 17.5 A main with 3 cars less that a second apart.
08/02/2009 - Race Results - 73 entries came out for a whirlwind of a race day. Literally, we had a mini twister set down in the middle of a 13.5 qualifiers and send quite a few tarps across the track and scattered toolboxes. Trash, car bodies, hats, and miscellaneous light weight stuff were swirling almost to the top of the light posts. Unfortunately a number of tarps were damaged, some not repairable.

08/30/2009 - Race Results - It started out cold but quickly warmed up for the 38 entries.

09/13/2009 - Race Results - A great day with 41 entries. Lots of close racing. The wind picked up a bit but all the tarps survived. I appreciated all the help calling races (Al from 4-Seasons and the regulars Ken, Crosier, and Jose).
09/20/2009 - Race Results - 36 entries.
09/27/2009 - Race Results - 50 entries. Another great race day with full classes of Mod, 17.5 Stock, and Trans Am.
10/04/2009 - Race Results - 47 entries. We started out a little cool but he day quickly heated up along with the racing.
10/11/2009 - Race Results - 43 entries.
