About the meeting format
Families Anonymous is a place parents, family, & friends meet to find support in dealing with their loved one's addiction. Stories are shared; we learn to listen. Most find comfort listening to those who are or have been through similar circumstances. The meeting opens with several helpful readings followed by the group leader's story. After a short break, individuals have time to share their personal struggles & successes. Each person has a chance to talk & share unless they choose not to.
