The Byetta pen and a Pyrex digital thermometer rolled up in an 8.5" x 26" piece of small bubble wrap. The Velcro closures are recommended over rubber bands, so as to be just snug and not cut into the roll. Insert the top 1-1/2" of the roll (thermometer and pen cap up) into the large dome removed from the thermos. The smaller stopper IS NOT USED in this technique.
