Taijiquan and Qi Gong exercises. Tai Qi is a gentle exercise that will

relax, increase your energy, and improve your posture and balance. Tai
Qi will help enhance mental functionality, improve breathing, increase
memory and eliminate depression. Dr. Hou offers ten styles of Tai Qi
classes from entry level to advanced classes.
