    Oriental Medicine Treatment Exercise Section

    Tai Qi exercise combines both of the Taijiquan and Qi Gong exercises. Tai Qi is a gentle exercise that will help you overcome cancer, lose weight, lower blood pressure, help you relax, increase your energy, and improve your posture and balance. Tai Qi will help enhance mental functionality, improve breathing, increase memory and eliminate depression. Dr. Hou offers ten styles of Tai Qi classes from entry level to advanced classes.

    Chinese Massage

    Chinese massage is one of the foundations of eastern health therapy.

    Chinese Food Therapy

    'You are what you eat' is an axiom that has been used in the west for some time. The eastern view is much the same. Foods can cure and foods can kill; ask a person allergic to a type of food!

    We have many interesting Continuing Education courses including Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, Clinical Case Study, TCM Psychology Theory, Treating Cancer with Integrated Medicine, Acupressure, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Chinese Food Therapy, and Health Preservation and Rehabilitation.
