Written Summary:
WOW, Mr. Geyston sure
does have some fast hands. This tape was loaded with some great techniques. Again
I would kind of classify it as a "one step" type tape, but the way it was
done, Mr. Geyston provides the viewer an "eye opening" experience. Here
are some of the things we really liked, the side head butt, side neck crank, head
twist/takedown, collarbone kicks, elbow smash to a striking fist, Mr. Geyston's various
reinforced locks, his elbow wraps, wrist wraps, ankle/shin wraps, and come-alongs.
We really liked Applications 1-6. By the way, the sound problems that we noticed
on Tape 1 were nowhere to be found on Tape 2. Another great all around tape that
demonstrates endless self defense possibilities.
