Written Summary:
I guess the best way
to describe what I got out of this tape is to compare it to what we called "one
steps" in TKD. Someone throws a punch, and you step in and execute a series
of techniques. This tape not only teaches you 8 of these but variations too. I would
classify this tape of Mr. Geyston's as an "eye opener". It not only shows
you some creative "one steps", but more importantly teaches you how to
create open targets within them, and how to use an important concept called "contouring".
After watching this tape a few times you should be capable to create many of your
own "one steps".
The tape was really good, and my only complaint
was a sparatic audio problem throughout the tape that drove me crazy. If you're looking
for a tape that might help you understand how to create your own "one steps",
this tape would be a good choice.
