Written Summary:
This is Stark’s 2nd
tape of his Submission Fighting series. It is rated the same as his 1st video of
this series. This tape covers Takedowns, some of which may be new to the viewer.
Starks also shows what to do if someone catches your kicking attack and how to flow
into a submission when you catch your opponents kick. The Mount Position is shown
with various chokes and other submissions being demonstrated. There is also a section
on the Guard position and how to use turnovers into submissions.
This tape
would of rated higher if Starks had paid more attention to the finer points of the
techniques being shown. Overall a good tape. Not great, but still good. See review
1 of this series for a general overview of the series.
