I use to worry about my wife and family's safety. And what might hapen to them in a confrontational situation. But not anymore.

KeyTec7 shows in a simple, easy-to-understand format, how to defend yourself with a weapon most of us carry, forget about, and probably don't really know how to use. Our keys.

In this tape you're shown 7 different striking techniques, thus the name KeyTec7. You're also shown the various targets to strike, along with drills you can practice to make the the techniques effective. There were a couple of additional techniques I knew about, that I didn't see on this tape. Having these missing was the only thing that really kept it from getting a much higher score.

The tape is short, well done, inexpensive, and doesn't require years of tranining. It would be a wonderful item to give a loved one. Especially those that don't have an interest in the martial arts. For $20, I can't think of a more wonderful way to tell the people you're concerned about, you care for their personal safety.

Now with KeyTec7, I'll no longer worry about those I care about. I'm going to make sure they all either own, or see, this tape.
