Written Summary:

This tape gives a person exactly what it says it does. It's one of the best we've seen on kicking. And it definitely lives up to its name ULTIMATE KICKING DRILLS. We counted over 60 drills/exercises. Many of these are sure to help improve ones kicking ability.

This tape got several "10's". Mr. Kim's ability was impressive, without question, he scored a "10" on # 2. The tape had no excessive repetition, thereby scoring a "10" on #7. The tape had so many great exercises, along with making one very interested in watching Mr. Kim's form while performing various kicks, that he scored a "10" on # 8. And we feel that as far as this tape making someone a better martial artist, especially a kicker, it definitely would based on the drills. So we scored a "10" on #4 too.

If you've been looking for a tape to help you with your kicking, or you're tired of doing those same old drills over-and-over again, give this tape a try. It should definitely breath new life into your training, by helping you target specific problem areas with your kicks, and giving you some new and exciting exercises.
