Written Summary:
This is primarily
a stick fighting tape. On this tape Mr. Saladino shows various stick fighting techniques
and drills. Along with that the viewer is shown footwork, strikes, blocks, stick
vs. stick defense, and stick vs. knife defense, by Mr. Saladino.
The only
drawback on this tape was the lack of detailed explanation offered. Mr. Saladino
went through many scenarios in which he didn't offer the level of explanation I think
many would need to understand the striking concepts shown.
Although Mr. Saladino
is definitely proficient with the stick, I personally found his hand-to-hand techniques
the most enjoyable. Mr. Saladino's ability to smoothly flow from one hand-to-hand
technique to another, and his amazing hand speed, made me want to see more.
