Let's Hear It for Chili Peppers!!
No matter what your political, ethnic, or religious persuasion, there's one thing we
all can have in common--hot peppers! My own personal tastes run toward variations on the
traditional red chili sauce, done up well-sauteed in a hot skillet, with subtle touches of
other spices mixed in. I am developing a killer version of this sauce for market, but it
is still under wraps as of now.
Another favorite of mine is the dangerous Habanero pepper, which makes a potent
Tabasco-style sauce when blended with mild peppers and onions.
