Room Rates: Per Room
Two Night Minimum Stay

Weekday Rate: $80.00 per night (Sunday to Thursday)
Weekend Rate: $100.00 per night (Friday and Saturday)
Holiday Rate: $100.00 per night (National Holidays)
Weekly Rate: $480.00 per week (Sunday to Saturday)

7% Maine Sales Tax will be added
5% Maine Sales Tax on Incidentals

Terms:
Reservations of 3 nights or less require total payment at booking.
Reservations of 4 or more days require a 50% Deposit at booking.
100% Due 14 Days before your stay begins.

Personal Checks Must Clear 14 Days before your stay begins. Please allow 4 business days for checks to clear.

Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation fee applies to ALL cancellations.
If we receive more than a 14 day notice of cancellation, then there is only a $25 cancellation fee.
If we receive less than a 14 day notice of cancellation, then there a $50 cancellation fee plus any nightly fees that the room cannot be re-rented.

IF YOU ARRIVE LATE OR LEAVE EARLY, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR RESERVATION UNLESS WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT YOUR ROOM(S).

Occupancy: Maximum of 2 Adults per room. A 50% Surcharge applies for each additional adult. Adult children in a room with their family are exempt from the surcharge.
A cot can be added to several larger rooms for $40 per night weekdays or $50 per night weekends and holidays. Please ask when placing your reservation.

Check In: 3:00 PM
Late Check In: 8:00 PM, unless prior arrangements have been made for a late arrival.

BAGS MAY BE STORED FOR EARLY ARRIVALS OR LATE DEPARTURES.

Check Out: 11:00 AM
Rooms must be cleaned, trash emptied and linens stripped.
Tables, cooking area and refrigerator MUST be cleared. All dishes, utensils and cook ware MUST be cleaned and returned to the proper storage locations in the kitchen.
