Abstract Rapid prototyping systems producers 3D Systems and DTM Corporation have signed a definitive merger agreement under which 3D Systems will purchase all of the outstanding shares of common stock of DTM for $5.80 per share. The transaction will value DTM at approximately $45 million. DTM will become a wholly owned subsidiary of 3D Systems. XX
