Abstract New class of computer technologies of layer-by-layer synthesis (TLS) known as the processes of free form fabrication, rapid prototiping or rapid prototiping and manufacturing is presented to produce the high-precise and complicated castings. Compact intelligent manufacturing based on TLS modules permits rapidly respond to any variations of workpiece design. Such technologies and equipment of TLS as stereolithography, laminated object manufacturing, selective laser sintering have received most development. XX
