I work as a performing singer-guitarist primarily playing for restaurants, hotels, parties and events. I can entertain virtually any audience with a large repertoire of songs from classics to current.
During the last few Holiday seasons, the Activities Director for a number of senior homes hired me to provide entertainment; this was a great success. She then suggested I introduce myself to homes and centers around my home on the Westside of Los Angeles, California.
The response has been very positive and I have since performed numerous concerts at some of the finest senior and convalescent care establishments, including many repeat appearances.
Audience members often sing along with their favorite songs, some hoot and holler, others are moved to tears, and many even get up to dance! Caregivers have shared with me the lift in morale and the awakening they observe during and long after my performances.
Concerts for Seniors are presented during the day and early evening. In addition, since I am focusing on establishments in my immediate vicinity, the short drive allows me to work with budgets and groups of any size, or even offer individual performances.
