This lovely Victorian home has been in derelict condition and was being used
as an illegal multi-family dwelling when a fire broke out in 2004. It was
subsequently purchased by a developer, who has been painstakingly restoring
the house, with all new systems and modern conveniences , to its original
turn-of-the-century glory. Presumably it will be coming on the market
in the near future. |

Road, off Foster Avenue. The house on the left was restored
and reshingled last year. The neighboring house is currently being
renovated. |
