·         . CHECK-IN FOR GOLF: Please contact the HOST on your arrival at the golf course!  You are requested to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled tee-time.  If you arrive 15 minutes or closer to the scheduled tee-time, you may lose your spot to a standby golfer.

·         Please contact either the HOST (ASAP), GOLF DIRECTOR (ASAP) or golf course (the morning of play) if you will NOT be present to play.

     REMINDER:  PLAY READY GOLF and  Find It / Fix It: Please repair ball marks on the greens, even if they aren’t yours. Please help take care of the greens.

Problems printing? try this: 1. select the table (place cursor at beginning of table and then, holding down the left mouse button, scroll to the bottom of the table - only the table will be "highlighted")

2. click on edit and then click on copy

3. open a blank Word document, then click on Edit and click on paste

4. Change your left and right margins to .25" (click on File, Page Setup)

5. Click on Print
