DIRECTIONS TO FORT MC PHERSON – (Driving time approx. 30 – 45 minutes)From Marietta/Smyrna : I-285 west (direction of airport) approximately 20 miles to Langford Pkwy. (formerly Lakewood Fwy.) – go left (east) on Langford approx 4.2 miles to Ft. McPherson/East Point exit. Left at bottom of exit ramp, to next light (Main Street), left on Main to next light, left at next light, go very short distance to next light (Marta Station will be on your right)….turn right….follow signs a short distance to entrance to Ft. Mac (on your left)
Drivers: Vehicle Registration form Proof of Insurance Valid Picture ID (Drivers License) Passengers: Valid Picture ID
Note: Access to the Fort is permitted only at the Main Gate The gate personnel will have a roster of players at the gate…tell them you are with the EAST COBB GOLFERS Inside gate: - Left (over bridge) – dead end at Army Reserve Headquarters – right to another dead end - left on Miller Drive to Golf course….(Golf course area is also known as “The Commons” ….there is parking on both sides of the building. ADDITIONAL GOLF COURSE DRIVING DIRECTIONS WOLF CREEK (3000 Union Rd., Atlanta) Tel# 404.344.1334 Take I-75 to I-285 West. Take I-285 West to Exit #2 (Camp Creek Pkwy). Turn right onto Camp Creek Pkwy. Go approximately 5 miles to Enon Rd. Turn left onto Enon Rd. Take first right onto Vandiver Rd. Then take first left onto Union Rd. Union Rd. dead-ends into Wolf Creek Golf Club.
BLUE HERON (400 Morgan Falls Rd., Sandy Springs) Tel# 770.390.0424 Directions per MapQuest: Take I-75 to I-285 East. Take I-285 and exit at #25 (Roswell Rd.). Make a left onto Roswell Rd. And proceed approx. 4.3 miles to Morgan falls Rd. Make a left onto Morgan Falls Rd. and proceed 0.5 miles to golf course which is on your left. Alternate Routes: 1. Go south on Johnson Ferry Road, go over the Chattahoochee River. Make left onto Riverside Dr. Take Riverside Dr.(which becomes Dalrymple Rd). to Roswell Rd. Make a left onto Roswell Rd. to Morgan Falls Rd. Make a left onto Morgan Falls Rd. and go 0.5 miles to the golf course which is on the left. 2. Take 120 (Roswell Rd., Marietta) East to Roswell - turn Right onto So. Atlanta St. (becomes Roswell Rd., Atlanta), cross the Chattahoochee, go approx. 3 mi. and Morgan Falls Rd. will be on your Right.
WEST PINES (6606 Selman Dr., Douglasville) Tel# 678.391.1600 Take I-75 to I-285 West. Continue on I-285 to I-20 West (toward Birmingham). Take I-20 to Exit #34, Hwy 5. Take a right and continue on until you get to a “Y” in the road. Take the right fork ( this is at a RaceWay Service Station) and continue a short way. The sign for West Pines Golf Club is on the right. Turn there, it dead-ends at golf course.
