The Development
Experience Clearinghouse (DEC) is the largest online resource for USAID
funded, international development documentation. You are able to download USAID
documents from our DEXS database that contains records for over 119,000 USAID
technical and program documents with over 14,000 available for electronic download.
The purpose of the DEC is to strengthen USAID's development projects, activities,
and programs by making these development experience documents available to USAID
offices and mission staff, PVO's, NGO's, universities and research institutions,
developing countries, and the public worldwide.
Agency contractors and grantees are required to submit USAID-funded documentation to the Clearinghouse for possible inclusion in the DEXS. See the Clearinghouse's web site for more information on the kinds of documents you may be required to submit and how to send them to the DEC.

The Sourcebook also provides multiple links to Agency policies and related resources.

ItrainOnline
is a joint initiative of six organizations with exceptional expertise in
computer and Internet training in the South. While there is an abundance of
information on using ICTs on the web, our experience has shown that is difficult
to locate high quality and appropriate information that is suited to the ways
development organizations and civil society groups in the South learn about
and use ICTs. ItrainOnline responds to the need for a single source on the web
containing a selection of the best and most relevant computer and Internet training
resources for development and social change.
