I was diagnosed with CML (Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia) on October 20, 2000. I am in a clinical study testing the new drug "Gleevec" (STI-571) as a "first line" treatment against this disease. So far, so good, and I'm enjoying an excellent quality of life. Celebrate your life! It's so much better that way.
