Important -- Please Read!!!

 

The stationery this page links to, is designed to work with either Outlook Express 4.x/5.x/6.x, and/or Outlook '98/2000/2002. Just little a reminder, this stationery only works in, Outlook Express or Outlook running on Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, 2000 and/or XP. So, if you are running these applications on another platform the stationery files will not work.

The stationery has been tested and can be received by people using Netscape, as their e-mail software; however, Netscape users will not be able to hear the music or see the background scroll. Please don't take me wrong here, Netscape users cannot download, install and use the stationery but they can receive stationery e-mail messages sent to them.

Stationery Pick of the Week   China Dragon

There are three versions of installation files for each piece of stationery, so please be sure to download the correct version. The three versions are as follows:

1. An Outlook Express 4.x version, with music, which is designed to work with Outlook Express 4.x and/or Outlook '98.
2. An Outlook Express 5.x/6.x version, with music, which is designed to work with Outlook Express 5.x/6.x and/or Outlook 2000/2002.
3. An Outlook Express 4.x/5.x/6.x version, without music, which is designed to work with all versions of Outlook Express and/or Outlook.

If you are unsure which version of Outlook and/or Outlook Express you currently have installed on your computer, please follow the instructions below to find out which version is installed.

• For Outlook Express 4.x/5.x/6.x: Open up Outlook Express and left click on "Help", in the top menu bar, then select "About Microsoft Outlook Express".

• For Outlook '98/2000/2002: Open up Outlook and left click on "Help", in the top menu bar, then select "About Microsoft Outlook".

If, after downloading and installing a piece of stationery, you decide you would rather have the other version, i.e. with or without music, just download and reinstall the stationery using other version's installation file.

Special notice for Outlook Express 6.x and Outlook 2002 users:  If you have Internet Explorer 6.x installed, on your computer, and you are using Outlook Express 6.x and/or if you are using Microsoft Outlook 2002, as your e-mail application, you should be aware the Security Zone setting may be set incorrectly to allow the background scroll to work correctly.   So, for information on the Security Zone setting and/or to check the setting, please click on the link below.

Special notice for Microsoft Outlook 2002 users:  For information on viewing an Outlook stationery message with Microsoft Outlook 2002, in the Internet Zone, which is the only way to view a message with a background scroll, or any other special effects, and allow the scroll and/or special effects to work properly, please click on the link below.

If you're new to using my stationery or to computers I hope you will take a few moments to review the information on the Outlook Stationery Help page for the version of the application you are using.  These help pages contain complete instructions for downloading, installing and using the stationery, in Outlook Express and/or Outlook, after it has been downloaded.  Please use the menu below to to select your version.

 

The downloadable stationery installation files were created with WinZip and are self-extracting, which means, the stationery installation files, after they have been downloaded, have been designed to install the stationery into the correct folder, on your hard drive. The stationery, if downloaded, is fully functional and accessible through either Outlook Express or Outlook.

The menu to the left provides links to view and download the stationery. It will take only a few seconds to download each piece and they're all FREE!

If you're experiencing difficulty downloading any of the stationery files, I would be happy to e-mail any of them to you. Additionally, if after you have downloaded and installed any of the stationery you experience any problems, please let me know so I can correct the problem. In the e-mail message, please be sure to include the name of the stationery and the version that's giving you problems. Thanks so much!
