Hurley/Heraly Family

Philip J. (b. 1885) and William (b. 1887) Hurley were dropped off at the Sparta Orphanage in 1893 in Sparta, Wisconsin when Philip was 7 and William was 5. Both boys were endentured to families within a few months after arriving at the orphanage. According to the orphanage's records, their names were Felix (Philip) and Gustave (William) Heraly. I am not sure when their names changed. Their parents were Felix and Louisa Heraly. The orphanage records imply that the boys were left at the orphanage and the state could not force the father to keep them. Orphanage records show the boys were of Belgian descent.

1. Discover when the Philip/Felix changed his name.
2. Find more information about the children of Felecien's second wife.
3. Find where Clara Heraly belongs, she was born between Felecien's divorce from Louisa and his marriage to Mary.
