Mölndal, Sweden - November 27, 2007 - Arcam has today introduced the new Productivity Boost Feature, designed to reduce build time in its EBM systems by up to 30%. The Productivity Boost is a standard feature for the Arcam A2 system, launched previously this year, and it is also available as an upgrade for the Arcam EBM S12 systems.
The new EBM Productivity Boost feature gives the already fast EBM process a build time reduction of up to 30%. The Productivity Boost improves the EBM systems feasibility for manufacturing and further expands the number of applications suitable for EBM manufacturing. The EBM Productivity Boost is available from December 2007.
