DATED LATE 50's EARLY 60's First off-This handbag has never been used not even in my shows I have kept it in a felt cover for MANY YEARS I believe in my own opinion that this is leather Smells like leather, acts like leather If it is not-its the best darn vinyl I have ever seen The logo is not your typical stamped logo but in fact a copper metal crest sewn on the inside-see 2nd pic The handle is 10 3/4" from side to side The frame is gold tone with groves THE BEST WAY TO DESCRIBE THE COLOR IS TO A DEEP REVLON RED LIPSTICK The oval latch ( 1 7/8" x 3/4") is gold tone top & bottom with red leather wrapped around it The inside lining is a lighter colored faile fabric with 3 open pockets with the contents being a tortoise shell comb with a gold tone top then attached with a long gold tone chain we have the coin bag that is the matching fabric in an orangish color last is a large hand mirror 4" x 3" attached to matching fabric this shows very little signs of aging The bottom has an 1/2" inset just like a true Doctors Bag-see last pic This measures 10" x 7" x 5" not including the handle AGAIN-I CAN'T STRESS HOW PERFECT THIS BAG IS GUARANTEED OR YOUR MONEY BACK YOU WILL BE THE ENVY OF ALL VINTAGE COLLECTORS Item #112008c $150.00 Free Shipping USA Only Click here to Email Vicky |
