Nataliya was born in Russia
She has studied fashion design for 25 years.
Her special talent is creating designs
from memory, not patterns.
She believes that in order to
achieve truly artistic designs,
one must know the entire process
from design to assembly
which she have mastered.
She designed a red Velvet gown
worn by a close associate of the
First Lady, Laura Bush
to the Inauguration on January 17, 2006
