Then just click "Order me" and fill in the order form.  Embroidered logos are approximately 3.5 inches by 3.5 inches, and located on the upper left front of the shirt.  If you have any special instructions the order form has a place for that information also.  Taxes and shipping will be added automatically to the order form.
