Cape May Lighthouse
What's left of a bunker on the Cape May Lighthouse Beach.
I'm just goofing around with light, texture, and water here...
Sunset Beach. A pebble beach where you can find "Cape May Diamonds," bits of quartz polished by the sand and water.
A shed and blue boat on Sunset Beach.
A big ol' hunk o' driftwood on Sunset Beach.

I've been using my mom's digital camera to do some stuff at work. One day, I decided to wander around outside and see if I could get any interesting shots. These are all on the property of Emerson Creek Pottery in Bedford, VA.
Here are some of the vividly purple morning glories that grow along the drive to the pottery.
Deadly Nightshade grows all over the place in and around the property of the pottery. It's so pretty...but very poisonous.
Like I said, it grows EVERYWHERE around there. There are several abandoned buildings on the property, and this one's surrounded by nightshade.
There are also several fruit trees growing around the property. Back in 1825 it was a working farm, self sufficient in every way.
Just a sunny field framed perfectly by the trees.
Just a goofy looking dead tree in the middle of nowhere.
