After using in salt water, rinse off
under shower or faucet.

Keep out of UV rays as much as possible,
cover with towel when not in use.

Store on flat surface or hang on wall.

Do not stand on wingtips... they will
warp.

You may dive into the water with your
DOLPHIN MONOFIN.

Flip turns are easily performed, but
will scratch your monofin and void your warranty.

At the beach, walk into the water until
it reaches half-calf. With your back to the waves, don your monofin and then
lie on your back and swim out to sea like a dolphin.

If your feet are small, cover them with
Rubber Half Socks.

Directional control is best handled by
extending one foot beyond the other.

You will discover two ways to pump your
DOLPHIN MONOFIN, either by bending your knees or by bending your entire
body.

Treading water is easy. Use your hands
in the normal fashion and gently swish your DOLPHIN MONOFIN from the knees.

When leaving the water, swim to shore on
your back using small kicks until your back touches the bottom. Gently
remove your DOLPHIN MONOFIN. Leaving a pool, simply give a couple of good
kicks while you pull with both hands and you will fly out of the water.
