If you create your own patterns consider publication - either pattern packets, magazines, or book publishers may be interested in what you have to offer. Each has their own set of guidelines. Some publications offer their guidelines on the Internet making it easier but you will want to familiarize yourself with their format before submitting your article or project. The library is a good place to browse for magazines.
