New self-propelled vehicle on Atlantic City line!

A new self-propelled track geometry car was spotted recently on the NJT Atlantic City Rail Line. The vehicle is owned by NJT. Sources indicate the vehicle will be in regular inspection service throughout the NJT system, but it should be in the vicinity once a month. So keep those cameras ready, the vehicle usually runs during the day. I have personally seen it in the mid-morning near the Absecon Station heading eastbound. I have yet to see a published picture of the elusive NJT TGV, so maybe yours will be the first!

SNJLRTS - Conrail Bordentown Secondary

There's lots happening along the Bordentown Secondary Track these days in conjunction with the construction of the NJT Camden to Trenton Light Rail Line. Places to watch for the most action are Burlington City, Riverside at the Rancocas Creek, 36th Street in Camden, Cooper River crossing in Camden, and construction of the street level running in and around the Mickle Blvd. area.
