On Wednesday, I drove across the Mississippi River to visit Sissi, a wonderful woman I met through Women of WorldNet.  As it turned out, she lives about a mile away from my uncle!   It's a small Internet, isn't it?  We had lunch (details to follow) and then spent the rest of the afternoon hanging out at her home, playing with her computer, and enjoying a beautiful afternoon in her backyard.

Sissi and I hit it off as if we'd known each other all our lives.  I don't know if this was because of our common Noo Awlins upbringing and educations, or because as WOWs we have shared so many aspects of our lives on the Internet.  All I know is that she is my friend, who welcomed me into her home and whose family made me feel like one of them.  Thanks, Sissi!  You're a dawlin' hawt and I love you!
