General Info:
Ack!! Here is one of the scariest, most evil characters you can ever see at Disney World. She's the witch from the classic Disney movie from 1939, Snow White. This is the same character as the Queen, who is Snow White's not-so-loving
stepmother - she transforms herself into the witch to trick poor Snow White into eating a poison apple! Yes, one nasty character here! She sometimes is also called the Old Hag, or the Peddler Woman. At Disney World, the Witch is very, very rare, as
she is usually out in her "Queen" form. We only met the Witch one time only - at one of the 2003 Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween parties. Ever since, we never heard of anyone ever seeing her. She hasn't been at the Halloween parties since, as she
appears as her Queen self there. So not sure what to tell you here - maybe it's just as well she doesn't get out anymore, as she tried to give us an apple when we met her! Watch out!

Character Hunting Tips: -
Finding a beloved character can be a child (or adult's!) highlight of a trip to
Disney World! On this page, we listed a character we met, also
the places we seen this character on our
week-long trips (Jan 2003, May 2003, Oct 2003, Jan 2004, April 2004, Oct/Nov 2004, April 2005, Oct 2005, December 2005, January 2006, May 2006, November 2006, February 2007, September 2007, January 2008, October 2008).
Some characters were found by some fellow character hunters who were nice
enough to help us out!
Unfortunately, we aren't local to Florida (wish we were!!!), so we certainly don't know
everything about every character!
But we tried to list good places to look and
recent reliable sightings of that character!
Must say, sometimes finding a favorite character can be difficult!
One day you may see a bunch of characters in one spot, and the next day - not one!
Some characters may be everywhere on one trip, and nowhere the next! And some
characters come out only for 10 minute meets, then don't return for hours! Yikes!
Your best
bet to find your favorite character
is to read various character websites (check links here!),
or ask at Guest Relations at a Disney World park or resort (sometimes they
can tell you where a character is meeting people that day),
or check the Times Guide Map that you pick up when
you enter the Disney World parks. Or just wander around
and constantly look everywhere you go! Good luck character hunting!!
