General Info:
Iridessa is one of the newer characters at Disney World, debuting in October 2008. She is one of Tinkerbelle's fairy friends, from the 2008 Tinkerbelle movie. She loves light, and is a perfectionist! At Disney World, Iridessa meets with
Tinkerbelle in ToonTown at Magic Kingdom, inside the ToonTown Hall of Fame building. The room is called Pixie Hollow, and is designed to make you feel tiny like the fairies!. Tinkerbelle is suppose to be in the fairies room every day, but
Iridessa is just one of 4 fairies who can meet along side Tinkerbelle. So it's not guaranteed to meet Iridessa on any given day. Even worse, you don't know what fairies are in the room until you get there! And the lines can be VERY long to meet the
fairies - waits of 2 hours aren't unheard of. So meeting Iridessa can be very tricky and may take some luck and timing - but meeting the fairies can be a lot of fun, so the wait can be very much worth it!

Character Hunting Tips: -
Finding a beloved character can be a child (or adult's!) highlight of a trip to
Disney World! On this page, we listed a character we met, also
the places we seen this character on our
week-long trips (Jan 2003, May 2003, Oct 2003, Jan 2004, April 2004, Oct/Nov 2004, April 2005, Oct 2005, December 2005, January 2006, May 2006, November 2006, February 2007, September 2007, January 2008, October 2008).
Some characters were found by some fellow character hunters who were nice
enough to help us out!
Unfortunately, we aren't local to Florida (wish we were!!!), so we certainly don't know
everything about every character!
But we tried to list good places to look and
recent reliable sightings of that character!
Must say, sometimes finding a favorite character can be difficult!
One day you may see a bunch of characters in one spot, and the next day - not one!
Some characters may be everywhere on one trip, and nowhere the next! And some
characters come out only for 10 minute meets, then don't return for hours! Yikes!
Your best
bet to find your favorite character
is to read various character websites (check links here!),
or ask at Guest Relations at a Disney World park or resort (sometimes they
can tell you where a character is meeting people that day),
or check the Times Guide Map that you pick up when
you enter the Disney World parks. Or just wander around
and constantly look everywhere you go! Good luck character hunting!!
