General Info:
Claude Frollo is the evil judge who tries to kill just about everyone in Disney's 1996 underrated movie The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Oh he is a bad one, no doubt! Everything he does is for his own selfish needs and his own personal gain.
Yep - a typical Disney villain! If you are insane enough to want to meet Judge Frollo, he has consistantly making appearances at Mickey's Halloween parties at Magic Kingdom, in front of the Castle (on and off during the party). He has been there for
the parties during the last few years. He also makes very infrequent meets at Disney Hollywood Studios (the old MGM) in front of the Big Hat, and there is no rhyme or reason on telling when he will be there. The Halloween parties are by far the best
bet to meet Frollo. But prepare yourself when meeting him, as he probably won't be nice to you, or at the very least very standoffish! He is rotten to the core, I can assure you! Not a pleasant guy at all!!

Character Hunting Tips: -
Finding a beloved character can be a child (or adult's!) highlight of a trip to
Disney World! On this page, we listed a character we met, also
the places we seen this character on our
week-long trips (Jan 2003, May 2003, Oct 2003, Jan 2004, April 2004, Oct/Nov 2004, April 2005, Oct 2005, December 2005, January 2006, May 2006, November 2006, February 2007, September 2007, January 2008, October 2008).
Some characters were found by some fellow character hunters who were nice
enough to help us out!
Unfortunately, we aren't local to Florida (wish we were!!!), so we certainly don't know
everything about every character!
But we tried to list good places to look and
recent reliable sightings of that character!
Must say, sometimes finding a favorite character can be difficult!
One day you may see a bunch of characters in one spot, and the next day - not one!
Some characters may be everywhere on one trip, and nowhere the next! And some
characters come out only for 10 minute meets, then don't return for hours! Yikes!
Your best
bet to find your favorite character
is to read various character websites (check links here!),
or ask at Guest Relations at a Disney World park or resort (sometimes they
can tell you where a character is meeting people that day),
or check the Times Guide Map that you pick up when
you enter the Disney World parks. Or just wander around
and constantly look everywhere you go! Good luck character hunting!!
