General Info:
Cruella De Vil, Cruella De Vil - if she doesn't scare you, no Disney character will! Yes - the one and only Cruella is a meet-and-greet character at Disney World. She is the evil puppy-stealing, coat-loving villain from the classic 1961 Disney movie
101 Dalmatians. She is the only character who meets from that movie. Cruella is rather rare, but gets out sometimes. Her most consistant place is at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween parties at Magic Kingdom, where villains come out and cause
trouble every year in front of the Castle! She also makes rare afternoon appearances at Disney Hollywood (MGM) Studios by the Big Hat, but there is no rhyme or reason to when she pops up or not. We also seen her in Magic Kingdom in Town Square,
but that was years ago. So Halloween parties are the best bet! And remember to yell "PUPPIES!" instead of cheese when you have your picture taken with her. Obviously, she quite enjoys all the attention she gets!

Character Hunting Tips: -
Finding a beloved character can be a child (or adult's!) highlight of a trip to
Disney World! On this page, we listed a character we met, also
the places we seen this character on our
week-long trips (Jan 2003, May 2003, Oct 2003, Jan 2004, April 2004, Oct/Nov 2004, April 2005, Oct 2005, December 2005, January 2006, May 2006, November 2006, February 2007, September 2007, January 2008, October 2008).
Some characters were found by some fellow character hunters who were nice
enough to help us out!
Unfortunately, we aren't local to Florida (wish we were!!!), so we certainly don't know
everything about every character!
But we tried to list good places to look and
recent reliable sightings of that character!
Must say, sometimes finding a favorite character can be difficult!
One day you may see a bunch of characters in one spot, and the next day - not one!
Some characters may be everywhere on one trip, and nowhere the next! And some
characters come out only for 10 minute meets, then don't return for hours! Yikes!
Your best
bet to find your favorite character
is to read various character websites (check links here!),
or ask at Guest Relations at a Disney World park or resort (sometimes they
can tell you where a character is meeting people that day),
or check the Times Guide Map that you pick up when
you enter the Disney World parks. Or just wander around
and constantly look everywhere you go! Good luck character hunting!!
