Las Vegas!

Vacation in Vegas! This was taken at our hotel before we went out the first night, around 4am EST. The time difference was a little hard to deal with after a half day of work, then a 5 hour plane ride.

The sign said: WELCOME to Fabulous LAS VEGAS Nevada!

Amy was trying to figure out how to use her camera so we posed for about 5 straight minutes.

First night out!

In the lobby of the Luxor, an Egyptian themed hotel in the shape of a pyramid.

The girls at RA, an awesome club in the Luxor! It may have taken an hour to get in, but we didn't have to pay full price.

It was a perfect crowd, mostly guys (Shades, Derek) and very few girls!

All of us again!

Lots of group shots on this trip.

Me with Jeremy and Jeremiah who live in California but are originally from Minnesota. Very fun time!

The snake heads don't work!

In the restroom with the snakes!!

The infamous text message sent from the RA restroom!

Christina with Mike, the EMT/Firefighter from Chicago. He stayed at the Desert Rose which reminded me of an Enya song.

Amy and I with the boys!

Jeremiah and I, after someone dumped a drink on my head. Accidentally, though, unlike the other two times someone has thrown a drink in my face...

Our view out the window of our hotel.

Our day spent wandering through casinos.

Amy on one of the many outdoor escalators.

In Ceasar's Palace, where we had lunch, walked around, and saw Fendi purses and Jimmy Choo's!

Even the guys who aren't really that cute are still cute.

Lots more walking around.

Hot momma... that was unnecessary... please don't ever say that again!

The New York New York, where we want to stay next time.

We found strawberry daquiris and pina coladas at Coyote Ugly!

Amy and Suzie!

I think I saw my sunglasses on my head in the elevator.

Night #2! We spent two hours waiting to get into Rain, where the Real World Las Vegas people worked. Very bad. It was like a T-Willies crowd.

Waiting in line. Lots of waiting, next to nice girls from New York and two weird guys who tried to join our conversations.

If it's techno, I'm grabbing a guy and heading to a corner!

We had fun after the club gambling in the casino and meeting Mike from Las Vegas.

Not that we had much luck with the gambling!

It was chilly outside, the taxi line was long, and we couldn't find any food!

There goes my future ex-wife.

Sunday, our last full day. This is the new Wynn hotel and casino that we didn't go in. I found out afterwards that there is a Manolo Blahnik store there! Carrie's Manolo's, and I didn't get to see them! Ahh! Must go back to Vegas to see Manolo's.

We shopped in the Fashion Show Mall where the event lady told us the souvenir shop was expensive. Hmm, $6.99 for a t-shirt? She was nuts.

Rinse, rest, repeat!

Our last night! We went to Light at the Bellagio and got in for free, velvet ropes parted just for us. :)

Very fun time that night, they played decent music and we literally danced for hours.

I'm just going to drink this drink in the bathroom so it can go in one end and out the other.

There was even the Silver Fox of Las Vegas! Not quite the same as the one from the Matrix though.

Amy and Christina.

Michael from NY! We had a great time, I got to watch him and his friend Dave throw $25 chips onto a craps table!

More pictures of us!

The guys had a table and we slowly took over the edge of the seat because there really wasn't anywhere else to sit.

Michael with Dave, whose birthday they were celebrating, and another Dave.

Another shot of the four of us.

Suzie dancing with Dave's crazy friend!

Apparently it was supposed to be 70's theme night but not many people participated.

I'm not sure what's going on behind there! Haha.

Overall it was an awesome trip! We got to see a lot of interesting places and met some very cool people. We definitely did not have enough time in Las Vegas. We'll have to plan a return trip for sometime soon!
