Minnesota Trivia

There are many interesting sites and places to visit in our fair state of Minnesota. Contact the MN Office of Tourism to get a map to find places to go and what to see (maybe a movie?). The places will be the best you ever saw and you might even bridge the gap between learning a little and a lot. Go ahead and read a book.

If you fly into the airport, take a drive in a car or go by train (on small tracks?) to one of our many quiet towns like Winona where you won't see any grumpy old men. If you decide to go to the lake get in a canoe and go into the wilderness you might see gophers, wolves, birds or other wild animals (some are really wild!). While you are there, listen for the thunder, grab a pole and go fishing, sing a song, go rock hunting or look at the north star shining so bright among the tall trees.

If you stick closer to the big cities, you could see saints, vikings from the old country, winter royalty or some twins. There are also many places to work, shop and eat. You can even see the light and dig into past history to visit the mother of all malls, Southdale.
