About Mr. McConachie (www.swmdallas.com):
Mr. McConachie's practice includes complex federal and state litigation in
the areas of food and drug law, antitrust law, environmental law, and
products liability. Prior to entering private practice, he spent ten years
in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. While serving
as Section Chief for Consumer Affairs, now the Office of Consumer
Litigation, he was responsible for all regulatory litigation involving the
Food and Drug Administration, Federal Trade Commission, and other
consumer-oriented federal agencies. Mr. McConachie is a member of the
Dallas and American Bar Associations and the Food and Drug Law Institute.
