Summer Opera Theatre offered Le Nozze di Figaro (June 23) and Tosca (July 14) at the Hartke Theatre....As the Sacristan, David Faircloth turned in a jewel of a characterization.

None of the singers in the Summer Opera Theatre's new production of Puccini's "Tosca" is internationally famous - at least not yet - but on opening night....they produced as musically and theatrically satisfying a performance of this opera as I have ever attended...David Faircloth in a colorful and richly comical portrayal of the Sacristan.
