Victor Borge has been world-famous for a half-century as the funniest pianist on Earth...But his deepest ambition, fulfilled more than once in recent years, has long been to be recognized as a serious (at least sometimes serious) conductor. Last night, he came to Constitution Hall and led the Washington Symphony Orchestra in his own adaptation of Mozart's "The Magic Flute."'...Among the many good performances...were the uninhibited comic energy and fine singing of David Faircloth (Papageno)
