Tom is a technical professional specializing in DB2 database design and administration.  He learned his HTML skills at an overseas site in the UK. The overall layout came from that tutorial. Diane, a quality and management system consultant, is the on-going webmaster.  She created and maintains the content using Microsoft Front Page HTML editor.
