Lost Package Policy

On the rare occasion, that a package is lost in transit, we are required to wait up to 30 days from the trace date to determine if the package is actually lost or just "misplaced" in transit.

Gulden & Brown will not hold a purchaser's funds any longer than necessary. However we need to follow postal procedures to determine if the package was signed for, stolen or lost and this determination will take 30 days.  If a proof of delivery can be obtained (i.e. the package was delivered and signed for) we do not refund the purchase and it is understood that Gulden & Brown has fulfilled their obligation once the package has been shipped from our location.

No refund will occur until the post office declares the claim valid and a refund is issued.
