What are my shipping options?
We ship via USPS as a default,
but will also send packages via UPS. We recommend UPS or Express Mail for Rush service (added charges apply.)
We insure all items and provide tracking information to you
via email. If you do require expedited shipping, your credit
card must be approved for the added postage. If your credit card is
declined by the system, we will notify you, but the order is void until the transaction is approved.
*We need a 3
day minimum for express mail orders for travel from Hawaii to
mainland

Shipping Options are Priority international and Express
International.

Do you have a return policy?
Our U.S. buyer return policy for undamaged items covers items over $250
and falls within a
5 day turnaround period. The return incurs a 10% re-stocking fee.
International Sales are final.

questions after the sale? What if I need more detailed instructions?
Anytime you have questions, you are
welcome to call or email us. And if you have a question or
problem after receiving your merchandise, we'll be here to help.
Are you available only at certain hours?
Yes. The site is open 24hrs. but we are available only during Hawaii
Standard time. Hawaii Standard Time, can be 6 hours behind the East
coast, so 9pm Hawaii time corresponds to 3 a.m. on the East
Coast If you need to
telephone, it is best to pre-arrange
a call time.
What do I do If the merchandise is
lost or broken during transit?
In the rare case you receive damaged items, the information you need to file an
insurance claim with the shipper is readily available. We
will work with you to answer any questions and resolve any concerns
to your satisfaction. We insure all
items and provide tracking information and Lost packages are treated by USPS
guidelines.
