Inventory of the Goods & Chattles of Mr James Denune late of Ann Arundell County Deceased appraised by us the Subscribers in current money being first Duely Qualified for that purpose, viz.,

On the 30th Day of August 1739 came Rebecca. Adm.x of James Denune Deceased & made oath on the Holy Evangells of Almighty God that the foregoing is a just & perfect Inventory of all & Singular the Goods & Chattles of the said Deceased that came to her hands possession or knowledge at the time of making thereof that what hath since or shall hereafter come to her hands to possession she will return in an additionall Inventory that she knows of the concealment of any part or parcell thereof by any person or persons whomsoever but if she shall hereafter Discover any concealment or suspect any to be she will acquaint the commissary Generall for the time being or his Deputy with Such Discovery or cause of Suspicion that it may be required into & that she will ell & truly give an account of all & every part of the Deaceaseds personall estate that shall hereafter come to her hands possession or knowledge. And that she knows not of any relations the Deceased hath in this province besides William Denune who has signed the foregoing Inventory
